There are different packages for different requirements such as time and the results required. I’d suggest you start working out when you start planning the big day – usually 6 months to 1 year ahead.

Post Natal

Getting back the body you had can seem daunting but I’m here to help. Your exercise should ideally start 6 weeks after a normal birth and 10 weeks after a caesarean but always after you’ve had your post natal check.

Events/Endurance

Ranging from whether you’re looking for a help to complete a full or half marathon, completing the National 3 Peaks Challenge or the Ten Tors I can put a programme together to enable you to complete your task. I can assess your fitness and give you a programme to stick to month at a time, or I can assess your fitness and train with you.

Group Personal Training

Train at my gym, at you home or outdoors with your friends, family or work colleges. A fun but challenging environment and a maximum 10 people per session.

Run Club

Cost: £2 per person.
Level: Beginner/Intermediate.

Sunday Morning

Venue: Meet at Dosthill Dorcas Centre.
Time: 11:00am Start.

Fun, friendly and relaxed atmosphere this is an ideal way to get into running with the help of a personal trainer. A place for networking, meeting new friends and enjoy occasional social events with a trip to the pub. Usually run for 4 or 5 weeks then have a couple of weeks off and each week we will run a little bit further. Run in all weathers except snow and ice.
